Welcome to Bass Coast Shire Council's online Quick Response Grant application system

Before starting an application, please read the Quick Response Grant Guidelines.  

First time users need to login and register to set-up a SmartyGrants online account. 
Once set up, a user can login to start a new application. 
Once an application is started, a user can login and go to My Submissions to:

• return to a current grant application and keep working on it 
• go to a past grant application, view it, or click on the Download button to download a PDF copy of an application 
• complete a grant acquittal form.
