Welcome to Bass Coast Shire Council's online Healthy Communities Grants application

Before starting an application, please read the Healthy Communities Grant Guidelines or call Council's Community Wellbeing Officer on 1300 226 278 to discuss your proposal.  

First time users need to login and register to set-up a SmartyGrants online account. 
Once set up, a user can login to start a new application. 
Once an application is started, a user can login and go to My Submissions to:

• return to a current grant application and keep working on it 
• go to a past grant application, view it, or click on the Download button to download a PDF copy of an application 
• complete a grant acquittal form.
