Submissions are now being accepted. Submissions close at 5:00PM 3 May 2024 (AEST).

IMPORTANT: Please read information below to assist you in completing your application online.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Before starting an application, please ensure you have read the Bass Coast Community Awards Nomination Guidelines on Council's website Council's website.

First time users need to login and register to set-up a SmartyGrants online account. 
Once set up, a user can login to start a new application.
Once an application is started, a user can login and go to My Submissions to:

  • return to a current nomination and keep working on it
  • go to a past nomination, view it, or click on the Download button to download a PDF copy of an application.

Top tips - how to write an award winning nomination

  • Do share how your nominee has made a significant contribution to the Bass Coast community, including examples and stories.
  • Be concise in your answer as you are limited to 300 words.
  • Be honest and transparent.
  • Use the opportunity to upload supporting information - you have up to 25mb allowance, eg, previous recognition, awards won, photos, newspaper/online articles, social media posts.
