Welcome to Bass Coast Shire Council's Business and Community Resilience Grants Program COVID-19

not-for-profit Community Groups and Organisations, and Individuals, online grant application

Before starting an application, please read the Business and Community Resilience Grant Program COVID-19 - Guidelines for not-for-profit Community Groups and Organisations and speak to the relevant Council Officer about your project.

First time users need to login and register to set up a SmartyGrants online account. It is recommended that you use your group/organisation's email address rather than a personal one.
Once set up, login to start a new application.
Once an application is started login and go to My Submissions to:

  • return to a current grant application and keep working on it. Ensure you save as you go. 
  • go to a past application, view it, or click on the Download button to view a PDF copy of the application
  • complete a grant acquittal form.
